Twister

by Mackenzie
(Indianapolis IN)

One time my family was on a trip to Lake Rudolph and it was on a Sunday before I went with my mom and my dad. My grandma, my aunt, grandpa and my uncle were already there and where I live is in Indianapolis they were in the south of Indiana which is warmer. Well I was in a tornado watch but my other family down in Lake Rudolph were in a tornado WARNING.

They were in the white which is really bad they said the sky was black and green. When you go to Lake Rudolph you are in a trailer so when they were in the trailer it actually tipped back and forth then a lady came and told them they evacuated to the bathrooms. They heard the sirens go off and they acually saw a FUNNEL CLOUD which means a tornado is near but they got so lucky that a tornado never came but still damage and a tree actually fell over a trailer. The wind was at 60 miles per hour even though it never came it was scary for them.
