At School

When I had just joined middle school 15 years ago, I was eating lunch outside because I thought it was a nice day. Suddenly, great big BLACK clouds came rushing over us. I could see a little past the clouds and saw a green sky. I knew what that meant, a tornado was coming! There weren’t any buildings around, and just then the sirens come on. Since there were no buildings around, I ran into a gazebo, opened the door, and when I did, THE ACTUAL DOOR FLEW OFF. By this point I was extremely scared. The gazebo had glass door with many windows around it, although the door had flown off, suddenly the windows crashed! The roof of the gazebo flew off, and I laid down, covering my head with arms. By then I was pretty much surrounded by a tall fence with poles. The fence began shaking, until part of it flew off. By then I thought I was going to die. Just then the wind stopped and the funnel disappeared. I knew there might have been another tornado later, but I ran as fast as I could to a classroom. They gladly accepted me and I waited out until they said it was okay and nothing else would happen.
