There are a lot of mistakes in this. power failures are notbecause of a lack on energy, therefore even with boundless solar energy, they would still need to keep that candle close at hand. The sun's energy is not unlimited, we have a limited amount of energy we can gain from the sun. You forget that we need sunlight to just fal naturally as it does, where it does as well, if we covered the whole world in solar pnels then agriculture would suffer and the rainforests would suffer too. So rainforests are not able to be built on, most densely populated areas are also unavailable too. Completely unreachable place (heart of sahara sddesert) are too impractical. This narrows down where we CAN put them uite a lot I think.

Always with us by: Anonymous
The Sun has been with us always, long ago we used its power however as we evolved and invented new technologies we moved away from nature and all that it had to offer. Money was made, we learnt to go faster and the greed for power grew.
Nature has always supplied us with resources to live happily with. We need to learn again how to use these resources without destroying them.
Although money is said to make the world go around, money is pointless if there is no world.
If we learnt to work together as one whole race and used our technologies for the better. We could reverse the effects of global warming, as well as giving third world countries sustainable devices in which no one would go hungry or thirty.
Power and Greed is two main defects of the human race that we must over come in order to save our planet and all that it has to offer.
